I just swapped my engine and its a 5sfe but the engine before that spudder at like 2500 rpms i thought that the engine might be messed up so i got a replacement motor dropped it in swapped all the this and its doing the same is there something that im missing cause im gettin angry at my car and ready to blow it up.

How is it idling? Can you rev it all the way up? What year is your celica?

and also my injectors plugs are not spaced correctly and the colors of the plugs. 2 of them are right nex to each other so i dont know which is which it is one side is a white plug and a brown one its the same as the other which goes where can someone help me

well right now i check it and its revs to 2000 and the engine starts to vibrate violently

is it misfiring? did you use the old dizzy? did you do a tune up?

You're swapping GT to GT?

I'm up the road from you. I can grab a few PSTOC guys and come check it out.

my check engine light has been on for a long time since i got the car cause of theyes ill try to find a picture of it

Take the car to Schucks and have them read the code. Chances are that is going to point you in the right direction.

If you aren't comfortable driving it I believe you can rent the code reader.

ok i got codes 12 and 24 i dont know how to attack this i dont really know what im lookin for
94 toyota celica gt
codes for the 5sfe motor
ok i decided to run my engine and open the the radiatorcap and rev a lil and coolant is coming out instead of dropping down any ideas?( might be head)?

i had 14 when i swapped the beams it turned to be a bad ground, check all your grounds, usually the ones below the manifold people forget to tighten.

now 12, i wish i could help you. maybe a bad sensor or loose cable.
was it a straight same engine year swap, or was it a year difference.. also did u use your harness or the new one?

it was different but i stripped everything of my old one and put it on the new one and i used the old harness.... is there 2 grounds or one ground behind the manifold... and thanks ill check it all
