We did some custom work on a local alltrac over the last couple weeks and I wanted to see if you guys would be interested in any of this stuff if we were to make them production items.
* Custom symetrical desing oil catch can & coolant overflow. Oil catch can is built with proper internals (baffled & insulated). The coolant overflow is built as a functional but "stealth" setup. The inlet is at the bottom/front and the outlet is underneath with a long tube welded inside all the way to the top. Kinda hard to explain but you can see it in the pics. 4" intake including the proper ports for the IAC, catchcan, temp sensor (if you want the ports): Custom wastegate actuator bracket to allow the turbo to be clocked downward: Custom molded upper radiator hose to delete the ridiculous stock one that has the metal eblow in there, along with a custom nipple to use as your water feed for your turbo (if you still need it). -------------------- |

They're the same ones we have been using for the last few months on our MR2 4" Monster Intakes. They're massive, and on top of that they're a dual cone setup. It'll outflow pretty much any other filter out there and then some. -------------------- |

as i understand clocking a turbo is not a lock type position for everyone, so it has different angles, depending on the builder, probably not more than 30 degrees from block to radiator. how do you overcome this problem? or the wastegate actuator is not so sensible to position and angle?
catch can is superb -------------------- 1994 MR2 SW20, 1990 Celica ST185, both 3SGTE

Too far this way and you're too close to the clutch slave cylinder. Too far the other way and you're too close to the radiator. Where we clocked it is pretty much the perfect spot for it to be for the best entry angle for the pipe connected to the compressor outlet. -------------------- |

The 4in intake would be awesome, as it seems some of the UK sellers dont even want to try to ship merchandise like that to america. Basically it would be nice to have it marketed to those in america and other countries outside the UK.
Also, it seems the catch cans are geared towards the 185. Would it be possible to use it for the 205 engine bay as well? -------------------- (\__/)

just like i posted elsewhere, the intake wont fit on a 6gc with cruise or a battery in the stock location, the catch cans are in the fuse box and ABS locations.

One glance at an engine bay and I think that's a given. Certain items fit with certain components. Certain items don't. We've already made the custom brackets to relocate the fusebox & relaybox as pictured above. Most guys are relocating their batteries to the rear already, and if there are folks that want to keep their battery in the front, we can make an intake that will fit for those folks as well. -------------------- |

Yup... we can always make more intakes and catchans with various designs for the different generations as long as there's interest to justify the time/expense. -------------------- |
