So minding my own business driving home from school and I notice my rear suspension is making a gawd awful squeaking noise after hitting a pothole. I get home and take a look under and what do I see? My rear driver strut sprang a leak and was oozing fluids all over the place, So after much pondering my next move I decided that i should cough up the money for the KYB's i had been eying for quite some time. So the next day went to my local suspension shop (the guys there are the best) And I had them swap out my old struts for KYB's, a pretty penny for sure but at least the handling should be better. On another downside however the mechanic told me there was some play on one of the rear bearings and he gave me a quote just incase, I trust him to he's never screwed me before plus I have noticed funny behavior from the one wheel. I'd post some pics but I'm sure all of you know what KYB's look like

That happens to everyone. I saw that my right halfshaft was leaking out of the end of one of the boots. I was going to open it up, add more oil, and then get a new clamp. When I openned it up I found it had a bad bearing and I needed to buy a new halfshaft. A 10 dollar job became a 60 dollar pain in the ass. But its good now, and I'm glad I found the problem when I did.

The point is that you're apparently still a tool.

Are you lowered Raven? I'm actually wondering how GR-2s feel different lowered vs. stock.

Yeah its not facebook lol, I was looking for the like button tongue.gif

If your shocks are blown then yes there will be a big difference, the ride just feels more firm and sits on the road better and bumps don't seem to push you off the road.
