The c-one rear spoiler isnt staying on the car, it will be replaced with a hiro, as the c-one is worth more than that car was purchased for haha.Iirc it was bought from rpmgarage or some sort of importer for japan, along with all of camaricers other rare ass parts mad.gif

Car looks good! I would recommend to you just wash and wax her, some new grille mesh(i used mesh from lowes, was 7$ for my grille) maybe getting some clear side markers and lowering springs and youd be set! Now we got another celica to do the 7 hour drive down to LA with us for the huge First of the year celica meet!!

yeah, im just waiting for Nam to bring the other spoiler and hatch down from LA sometime within the next few weeks. yeah he told me the spoiler on this celica and the bodykit on his other celica were super rare and worth a ton of money, which i dont mind him taking at all, plus i like the hiro spoiler better anyway, the c-one spoler REAALLY blocks my rear veiw when driving especially at night which is when i drive most often seeing how i usually get off work at midnight.

yeah i am SOOOO excited about the meet!, Nam said hopefully it should be sometime in april hopefully. Are you somewhere close to Santa Rosa Suprakid?

I'm up in the Sacramento area, but am down there once and a while. If you need help with anything dont hesitate to ask, ill PM you my cell # in case of emergency.just BTW the hiro will block your view similarly to the c-one, just use your side views!

Yea,nam has some CRAZY rare parts on his celica.

oh thats cool, i go up to sac every so often since i have friends up there.
ok cool thanks, its nice to know people who can help if i have problems thanks!

lol ive gotten accustomed to using my side mirrors, though Nams hiro spoiler looks pretty tall and Derrick told me that it shouldnt block my veiw as much as the C-one does.

yeah he told me the parts on his blue ceilca are worth more than the car itself lol, but i didnt think they looked as good as the kit on the ceilca he sold me, but thats just my personal taste.

But overall the car looks great man!

this may seem like a rather silly question to some of you but what do you mean by "mold the rear" because i honestly have no idea what that means, again i am quite new to the whole mechanics aspect and have very little tools readily avaliable or at hand, since most of my at home garage is used by my dad as a wood working area/ general garage stuff (i.e. we have wrenches and sockets, power tools, basic set of stuff, plus the few car working tools from my dads youth) so i dont have the option or knowhow of doing all this fancy stuff like most of you lol, regardless a simple explanation would suffice of the term "molding the rear"

Getting bondo and putting it between the bumper and rear panel, it makes it look like the body is one piece.

Hes a picture of mgnts car (he painted and did everything himself) Notice how there is no seam between the rear bumper and panel:

The difficulty with that is;
A. You have to sand the paint/primer to metal
B. You have to know how to bondo (not a biggie)
C. You have to find the exact same color your car is

Those only apply to if you would do it to your current paint, doing it when you repaint the car is a lot easier!

Yeah its not too diffucult, but its not the easiest thing in the world. Just need some patience, and make sure you read the directions, and follow them exactly, makes ur life alot easier trust me lol. If you have any questions about it too, just ask I was in the same boat as you when I got my celi, the invader rear was the first thing I ever molded/blended, so I know the common mistakes to make and what not.
Also dont go too crazy molding things, because you cant get them off, I wouldnt do the front bumper as its alot more common to need to take off, than the rear bumper. It is possible to get off, but you'll most likely screw up alot as bondo is extremely strong
