whats a good site to shop for motors because my last 2 were bought from tigerjapanese.com

There are a few. I will let some other members shed light on where they got their motors before I open my mouth, but I will say I looked at the site you linked awhile back when sourcing my motor and I thought they were a bit expensive?

Well I guess here's a couple:

Osaka
JDM Engine Depot
RPM Garage
Sunrise JDM Motors

Hey. Hey you. Honda kid.

Remember that search feature I told you about? It works, I promise. It won't bite if you click on it.

To answer your earlier questions, you probably won't be tracking a vert, so buy kyb gr2 shocks and a set of tein s-techs and be happy. Those, coupled with the ST sways (or just a rear sway) will have you handling great for street use.

A member here, Rusty, spent a lot of his own time compiling all the info you need into the stickies at the top of each forum. These - used in conjunction with the search feature (remember that search feature I spoke of earlier?), will give you all of the information you need.

why'd u give up vtec? lol

did u have a b16 or b18 civic? i never heard of a vtec kid giving up the civic for a big slow celica lol...
good choice though, i'd never own a honda, rather any celica any day.

the celica starts as the underdog but has alot more potential once u get the 3s-gte in there

Never buy from tigerjapanese, I've witnessed them drop motors from fork lifts and just pick them back up and set them back on the racks. NEVER order ANYTHING FROM THEM. Unless you have a honda or something. If you want quality, order from the member on here named _ Jim_, if not him then Keith from RPMGarage. Keith has awesome clips and he send you pics through out the entire process. Jim sells everything you need to swap using the MR2 LSD Tranny, or keeping your s54, all the way to all parts needed to go AWD.

my first honda was a 93 accord with a f23 swap which blew thanks to bad tuning....and then a civic with a b18a everything was a constant problem with that car so i said **** it then upgraded
