I recently purchased a set of 7th gen rims for $100. They are 15 inch rims and don't have the JWL logo on them. What can you tell me about them? Are these Toyota factory rims or some knockoffs?

From online-find a picture, right click it and click copy image location. Then when you post theres an icon of a little picture above where you type, click and paste the image location into that and hit ok.

From your computer-If your trying to get them off your computer then make a photobucket.com account and post the IMG tags directly into your post

That's wierd. I just read your thread this morning. The rims look identical to yours and are 15 inch.

Sigh. Noob's crash course in attaching pictures:

1. Take picture
2. Put picture onto computer
3. Go to photobucket.com and sign up, or sign in if you have an account
4. Upload picture to photobucket
5. Take link that photobucket provides you with that is wrapped in IMG tags
6. Paste into quick reply window in your thread
7. Hit add reply
8. ???????
9. Profit!

7th gen gt-s wheels. 16".

If they're 15" wheels, then they're 5x114 '98 spec mr2 wheels... And I would buy those for $100.

So, these are not the 98 spec MR2's?
Cause the ones on the CL add are different. The ones on CL are the ones that I have (and i bought mine off a 7th Gen.....cant say they are OEM by any means, but come pretty close).

Yes those are 98 spec wheels.. I thought they had the recessed areas on the spokes like the 7th gen wheels.

OP, can you confirm if they are 15" or 16".

I'm asking the op how he knows.. If the guy that sold them to him said they are 15s he is most likely just wrong.

These are the rims I bought. If you look closely at the picture you can see that the tire size is 15 inch. I am told that the GTS rims are 16 inch and have a smooth lip versus a stepped lip on the 15 inch rims. What's the deal with the center caps? Has anyone ever seen anything like these? I am interested in obtaining the OEM cent caps like in the picture earlier in the thread.

Those look pretty similar to the GT-S OEM rims, but I believe they are aftermarket. As you pointed out, they have a stepped lip and both the MR2 and the GT-S rims are smooth.
