Ok, I had a black '95 Celica GT, 5SFE/ auto and I LOVED it. Now I am in the position to where hopefully I can find a replacement driver/project. My boyfriend and I know exactly what we want, so forgive us for being a little picky lol! We aren't *that* picky, but an absolute must is that the car needs to run, drive, stop, and be an automatic transmission. Absolutely no manuals, sorry!! A family member sometimes will have to use it so she needs to be able to drive it, and we don't need a 5spd.

We are not looking for a perfect/immaculate, or a heavily modified car because they tend to cost more and we do have a budget that we need to stick with. We have a 4dr beater daily driver Chevy Corsica that we could possibly use as a partial trade (estimated worth about $900 or so), along w/ cash from our tax returns. Looking to spend $2500 at the most w/ our car as trade included. We're trying to sell our car at the moment as well so that will give us a little more towards a Celica.

What we are looking for:
6th Gen Celica GT w/ auto transmission
prefer under 150k miles, negotiable of course
some dings/dents are ok, we don't want a car that is really rusty or badly damaged
consider any paint color and interior color, cloth is ok (prefer leather), moonroof preferred (but not necessary), must be road worthy and have a good heater that works.

We understand that for our price range we will not find a perfect, low mileage car, and we are perfectly fine with that. I have found several local 6th Gens that have very nice exteriors, but they are all 5spds and we need an automatic.

**MUST** have clear title, not wanting any salvage/rebuilt titled cars. If you have a Celica that fits our description for sale, I would love to hear from you. Please include several pictures, (exterior front, sides, rear, engine, interior front/back, cargo area, tire treads, etc). the VIN #, the car's options, a detailed description, what mechanical/cosmetic repairs the car needs, and your asking price. Willing to go as far as 200 miles in any direction from Adrian, MI 49221 (by Toledo, Ohio near the MI/OH border) for the right car.

Thanks!!

nobody has an automatic Celica they'd want to sell?? May even consider a 5th gen or 7th gen. I'm not looking for an immaculate car, may consider a convt or coupe as well, just really prefer a hatchback.

I have am auto 94 6gen that has around 165k, but it needs some work. Its road worthy but does need a new driver side low beam, new struts, it got hit on the driver side so i replaced the driverside fender and put a c one replica front bumper on it. the bumper and fender need to be painted. Im looking for a vert honestly and a manual transmission, havent decided to let go of my celica but if price is right i might.

If you wanted to wait till april-may. you could have my '96 GT for $2200. since thats when I will be looking for a 6th gen 5-speed celica gt. my celica just turned 168k, has rust on the rear 1/4 and passenger side door. (but a rust free door is included with the car.)

looked at your profile, very nice Celica. I wouldn't want to make a lowball offer, as I think your car is more than likely out of my price range. Also you're in Florida, which is a long ways from Michigan frown.gif Thank you though!

where in Illinois are you located? Hoping its only a couple hr drive from me (in 49221). Do you have any pics of the car, and is it a 1.8 or a 2.2?

this is a possibility so that I can have a chance to sell my daily driver and save a little more cash to put towards a 6th Gen. Also, where in Illinois are you? Do you have more pics of your car? (forgive me if they're in your profile, I haven't looked at it yet).

Thanks, I cannot wait until I finally have another 6th Gen sitting in my driveway, I miss my old one SOOOOO much lol.

I'm located in Cortland (northern Illinois) there is pics in my profile, my progression thread, and my car domain. (I have links for the last two in my sig) the car will be converted back to stock when i go to sell it, but I'll leave the SRI on since the stock intake hose is broken. (will include the stock intake if you want.)
