this is on all 4 wheels on my 25th anniversary. its supposed to be horizontal but the pic came up vertical somehow. anywho. ive never seen it before. any help here?

lol, you know how dealer install crap. I think those are dealer installed rims and are actually oem.

there are alot of oem toyota rims that we might not be aware of..

That is an odd looking Toyota symbol, I've never seen one like that before.

looks like a generic center cap of Toyota or maybe its not even toyota and they just put that cap there.

ya I guess I was pretty stupid for saying it produces wind drag. More so the fact that if it rains it will just hold the water on top of their and over time create a hole over time?

Its a fire shield, and/or sound sound insulation. Most people take it off.

These are the same OEM rims on my son's 96 vert. The rims were manufacturesd by PRIME in the US and were factory rims for the 96 model year. I recently purchased a set of 7th gen rims that are also made by PRIME for the USDM
