I have searched ever junkyard close to me, and i can't find a two post hatch in white. Forgive me if this is dumb, but has anyone heard of people making blocks for a three post spoilers?

I Don't think its been done before, Give it a shot and you'll be the first.
Not sure how good it will look though..

It is possible to create an 3rd post for the spoiler.
You can build it by your own. Look in my topic for carbon parts.

Is this the 2-post spoiler that you mean
It is the AT200 spoiler, NOT the GT-spoiler where the carbon riser blocks will fit

He doesn't have a 2 post, he was a three post, but wants to raise it..

so is the only way for a 3post hatch to go riser blocks and 2post spoiler is by swapping out the entire hatch? or are the holes on the side the same? they dont look the same too me

there not the same...you would have to drill holes into the hatch for the 2 post to fit on a 3 post hatch, and then just plug the holes, OR you can just swap hatches, if you can find the same color hatch your car currently is.

Can't sat Iv heard of raiser blocks for the three post spoiler, Iv seen to three post spoilers on silvias but I thought they looked kinda odd. Try rpm garage, theres a couple of ss3 spoilers on there which is basically the same as the gt four spoiler. Could be pricey though. rpmgarage.com

just to give an idea, Wrx's have riser blocks too, you might have to shape one for the 3post the same way these are shaped

there was a thread on here a while back and someone did have riser blocks for a three post. Don't know if it was custom or not. but don't do it. just go two post. and I believe one of the three holes do fit.

I may just check for a body shop that can make them. or attempt it myself. My body working skills are nil though, mabey this can be a ice breaker.

I may just do that, just a little higher though. I'll shoot yellow china man a PM to see if he can give me some pointers.

Like you can see on my pictures the 2-post spoiler and the 2post gt-spoiler are different
The 2 post spoiler is flat and the post are about 25 cm (10 inch) long
The gt-spoiler is al little round and the post are about 30 till 35 cm long 12-14 inch) and will fit the gt4 riserblocks (normal and carbon)

If you look on www.ebay.com and fill-out the checklist, there are some gt4 spoilers with riserblocks you can buy

I fully understand what you are trying to say BlackWidow. I already have a three (3) post spoiler , the mounting points are not the same as other two (2) post GT-fours (this came stock on 1996 GT-four's). What this means, is that i cannot mount a GT spoiler without drilling new holes, and patching up the old ones. That is why I was inquiring about three (3) post riser blocks, not two (2).

Ok, I understand.
It is possible to create own parts.
You only need a lot of creativity. How high will they be and what form?

You have to take off the spoiler to make a mold where the 3 post will connect, then you can create your own parts.

The easiest way is the take the spoiler and spray the 3 post full with PU-FOAM. (not to much butt in 2 or 3 layers in a couple of hours)
After it is dry, take a hobby knife and cut it in form, and try it on your car.
Take a few parts of glasfiber and polyester resin, and cover the pu-foam.

Then take polyester putty and grease it to the real form.
Rub it with sand-paper till it is real smooth. (if there are any holes, do these 2 steps again

If this job is ready, take carbon fiber and epoxy resin and cover the whole part. The best it will work if you create a vacuum with a plastic bag.
After a day it is dry and start rub it till it is smooth. Repeat this when necessary.

When this is all finisched take some clear varnish and spay it over to get the shiny effect.
After a day a little polish and ready to mount.

I think when you work every day a few hours, this will be ready in 2 weeks.

Thanks for the tip! The only difficult part is finding all the "hazardous materials" in Japan. The mailing companies will charge me an arm and a leg to ship (one can of high heat paint would have cost me $55 to ship).
