Is there a special tools to remove the spark plug boot if ripped and stuck? I have a 2.2L engine, it very difficult to get because it was burned into.

Im guessing you mean the spark plug wire? Yes there is a tool but you can do it with just your hands or a pair of pliers.

yeah spark plug wire, tired with a long plier and with cloth hanger still unable to take it out. I know that there is a special tools to remove spark plug tools cost between 60-80 buck. I don't want to play so much for it just for this job..

Wait, so your saying the spark plug wire ripped inside the spark plug valley and you cant yet it out? If so id recommend needle nose pliers..
