Did you put the Kakimoto exhaust on it?

I think it's actually the tip from his GT exhaust!

For shame...I'm a terrible GT owner for not noticing it right off.

I never really cared for the fj's until I drove my buddies. I was for the first time in my life scared when I glanced at the speedo on a very curvy road I take to have fun with my cars(not a beast like the fj)! Then a couple weeks ago we had a ton of snow so he let me wheel the piss out of it. It seemed like I couldn't get stuck!

put them in four by four and they follow your dreams. then disengage the VSC and have piss of fun in the snow doing donuts...

I am planning on getting it dirty soon.....

Been trying to get back in rhythm with my camera.

My son's first vehicle, needs some paint work and wheels, but aside from that it is a pretty damn clean truck.
it is a 78 sr5, planning a 4age swap as of now, since I have an extra high comp collecting dust in the garage.

would your son be interested in these?



there are two of those in my local yard in memphis...

probably not, he is just looking for some other wheels, thanks though.

Still isn't done...

Spring is here and the vette is back out.





and the issues I have been dealing with lately...

dirty gas tank which is almost impossible to clean out effectively without dropping the tank..




and leaking weather stripping.. fixing it slowly one piece at a time. first is the ttops, then around the doors.

Here's what my father and I have been up to lately.
This was my first car. It's come along way, but it's not quite where I'd like it yet!

The bay is VERY cluttered right now, and the wiring will be cleaned up in the future. This was the first time either of us had ever turbocharged a car. It's a 2.4 liter type 4 motor with s.d.s. fuel injection.

The goal was to make it look stock from the outside. Once we get the front bumper situated, and I fill in the rear lip hole it should be good.

Once I open the rear trunk you begin to understand the changes(or so I hope!)


In the front trunk the heat exchanger is mounted for the water to air intercooler.


Once I pick up a spare hood I will be modifying it for better airflow.
Hopefully in the next couple of months I will feel ready to take it out to Thunderhill raceway.

And here's the other latest project.
It's a 63 bug with a turbocharged 1915. All I can say is the brakes aren't good enough:-)

well so much for the 4age plans, the day after I installed the sound system, he got rear ended by
some woman with no insurance, so hard he hit the car in front of him. I am debating on if it is worth
fixing, it has no rust aside from some surface rust on the paint. It is the last year of the double headlights
and aside from the damage it was a very sound truck for its age.

if you do, i think i can get you parts if those are still in the junker.

Changed up the face. Helix Devil eye headlights and Kamei upper and lower grills. Ordering some KW V1 coilovers in the next couple of days, so I will post some pics of the slammage. Sorry she's dirty
