a buddy of mine bought new rims for his Scion and is willing to part with his stock rims for 300. i would use the search key, but you guys have so many pages of so many nice cars, im afraid i'll lose time if i look at all of them. is there anyone running on Scion rims or know someone, so i can get a visual of how it looks on a celica? just one would do fine, thanks.

I have them on my car and really like them a lot. Its nice to have oem quality, hub centric rims. Pics also really don't do them justice. They look pretty good on our cars.

Feel free to browse my profile. Here's a quick shot of the current look, not the best pose but it works. Still need center caps, few other small things.

Also, you should be able to talk your friend down a bit - at least to 250. My wheels were badly curb rashed, but I got them with tires (mismatched, two cheapies and two good ones, lasted a year and a half) for $280.

I agree with Ferdi (as I usually do) that you should be able to talk your friend down; I paid $200 for my set with light curb rash without tires.

And I'm rocking bronze tC rims on my 6gc. Check the profile.

I got mine for $200 and ended up spending another $300 to sand, sandblast, and powdercoat them... They look nice.

Its going to have 12psi of boost and a toms lip too, come the end of finals week....

Im pretty sure they are twins. I run GR2's and Sportlines as well.... My tires are 40's instead of 45's, though. I think ive got a half inch on you because of that...

You're right, yeah...I judged it by the wheel gap, my mistake. Sounds like you've got some good stuff planned, I just read your 7A-FTE thread.

Do you have any close-ups of the wheels? I assume they're flat as well.

Got mine for $200 without tires, $400 total with tires + mounting/balancing, so if your buddy is selling with tires, then $300 is not a bad deal. And these look better with spacers, they are +45 after all :X

The feel a little bit heavier than the OEM GT 15" rims. Prob within 5 lb, though
