if you get any hid get the 35watt the difference between them and the 55w is very small and the 35w last longer

go for the 55w if you plan to go with a high rating (8000K and up). it'll help with visibility especially driving on they highways in the evening.
btw, it'll burn the wiring if you buy cheap HID's. it happened to mine and it damaged my projectors costing me $300 to replate them. -------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

I've been hearing that alot but no one is that sure of how much longer or how quickly they will go out, just an average life span of them both. -------------------- 1994 Toyota Celica GT-Four ST205 Turbo 4WD, Black

i noticed that there was smoke swirling inside the headlamps which caused a bit of blackening and there was a collection of carbon residue that formed on the bottom.

i noticed that there was smoke swirling inside the headlamps which caused a bit of blackening and there was a collection of carbon residue that formed on the bottom. whoa, thats a bit scary, the cost of these projectors are so high, it would be crazy to wreck em, but the reason for that was the faulty brand of H.I.D? also whats better the H.I.D kit that get's it current from the battery or from the former bulb wires -------------------- 1994 Toyota Celica GT-Four ST205 Turbo 4WD, Black

I don't have projectors, but I have 35W 8000K HIDs and have no problem with visibility at night.
