THIS is how a real widebody is built: Notice the lack of masking tape and fiberglass. Maybe in the 1970's! No seriously it's a good attempt but in this day and age and I think when you've finished, make a mould of it and then make a proper FRP pull as a finsh products. If you have your prototype bonded to the actual panel which fallows the joints it's even better cos it means you can remove parts like an entire wing, make a mould and the pulls will be an entire wide wing which is a bolt off and replace kit. Using rivets and steel strips to make a subframe then sheet metal on top is like building a tank. |

Yes, because going cheap, light and brittle is much better than making something that will actually last and not rattle when going over 60mph, my mistake. May I just point out for the record this was the same guy that was also going to "custom make" his own front bumper, which I do not see on his car. I also find it interesting that the supra was in a roll over, yet the roof and hatch are 100%, and the front end is completely ****ed( i don't think the strut tower is suppose to be at that angle), did it roll front to back? And please for the love of GOD go back and learn 2nd grade English. Thank you.

Can you really be that f*ckin stupid really some people just keep talking sh*t no matter what anyone says im tired of this guy that front end was sold in its rough state along with a copy a made since i decided on a gt4 conversion front lip made from scratch rear supra conversion made the same way like i have anything to prove to you uuuhhh no and for your info i was told it was in a roll over by the junk yard owner since i obviously hve to be specific for u could care less either way. you dont like this post then why talk down to people am i wrong in saying this lol im done move the f*ck on seriously you dont know what your talking about and its obvious. Get f*** leave that one to your imagination. THANK YOU

All you said was that I'm wrong, yet, every single thing I said your agreed with. And from what i can understand from your post you bought a supra with no rear end for a supra rear conversion? Again, please proof read your posts so that people don't have to reread them three times to figure out what the f*ck your trying to say. Please take some time out of your really busy day moding wicked sweet body parts and read this: How to use Punctuation Correctly.

Yeah when typing from a small touch screen punctuation is the least of my concerns. Srry about that one people. Supra kid i never said i bought the supra for a rear end conversion. I did a custom supra rear end a while back which i still need to finish due to a hit an run. Same with the z type lip thats on it which was hand made as well and i apologize for going off on you last night it was bad timming when u posted an i was in a bad mood. Well that being said later people ill be posting more as i progress.

I wouldn't apologize to suprakid.. his post was unnecessary and plain rude. why is it that people troll the forums bashing people about grammar and spelling? this is a car forum, a place where proper grammar is desired, BUT SHOULD NOT BE EXPECTED.
on another note, that's a nice find. i hope to find a junkyard supra like that to restore after college. -------------------- |

Go back and reread he was the one that got rude and whatnot first,I said that it wasnt a real wide body, as real widebodys are usually made out of molded fiberglass or metal, because i didn't realize he was using this just as a mold, i thought he was just going to molded the flares on. And his spelling was fine, it was his punctuation that ran the sentences together that made it hard to read. |

Lol this might no longer be a widebody kit last night around 145 a cop side swiped my car and screwed one side of the build. (Hence bad mood) so i started taking a hammer an drill an and ripping off everything again. Depending on wut parts i rebuild an how it looks idk if im doing wide body i really dont feel like going through all that work an money again. one flare was ripped completely off an daged beyond rgoing. so im going in a different direction but not to. Far off the beaten path ill post pics later today as im changing everything again sigh. Will post new picts today though
