Can some one with lots of bits lying around tell me whats the weight difference between the two suspension setups?

I recently changed mines and i wanna say maybe 15 plus
The superstruts are really heavy just caliper and disk is probably around 10 on each side |

15 Kilos? or lbs? Yeah being bigger disks and calipers I can understand that but if I was to convert, I'll be re-verting keeping the four caliper and disks.

Personally i dont care about the weight because if im trying to build a gt4 replica ill be building a heavy car lol plus u cant beat the 4 piston calipers the stopping power is amazing. Strut for strut not the big a diff but the arms are heavier on the SS probably around 10 lbs as well id say maybe sumone else can chime in with a more acurate number am just guestimating from wat i remember wen i carried them |

If anything everybody knows youll be losing some weight off the front end. Being that we all know your mad crazy about weight saving with your carbon parts

well its not just that. As you know in the long run a SS is expensive to change compared to a Mcpherson. For the price of new front arms on a SS I can buy an entire ST202. By changing over to a Mcpherson, it'll be easier and cheaper to change bushes, wishbones etc...

well its not just that. As you know in the long run a SS is expensive to change compared to a Mcpherson. For the price of new front arms on a SS I can buy an entire ST202. By changing over to a Mcpherson, it'll be easier and cheaper to change bushes, wishbones etc... ya i know the cost of superstrut is expensive.
