Middle aged women drive 7th gens in Chicago? I'll trade you. This is the only kind of person who drives them here.

And this is what the cars ALL look like:

Was reading, and someone said theyare like 400 miles from the park, i live in Omaha, NE and could have almost maid it last year on a full tank of gas. I think last year i got around 30mpg! both ways!! Everyone should have lots of fun. I'll try to stay on here to keep updated.

Yeah, I'm sure I could make it on one tank of gas. Not too long ago I drove from Trenton, MO to Rolla, MO on just a half tank. And did the same on the way back.

470 mi round trip.

So, I just saw Shigexile at Wekfest and he totally forgot about the meet, even though I texted him about it 3 weeks ago.

I'm going to keep 'reminding' him about it until saturday lol

We're gonna have to move the meet, guys. Either Sunday, September 11th or Saturday the 24th. Next weekend will be Galatia Backwoods Motor Swap v2. Chris will be getting a new motor and I could use a little more time with the BEAMS before driving it 5 hours across the state. Plus it seems like a few other people could use some time to get their Celicas up and running. And maybe we won't be sweating in September.

Understandably, since the meet is less than a week away, some of us have probably already asked off work. If you guys want to go ahead and have a smaller meet next Saturday, we can have two separate meets, both next weekend and another in September. Personally, I won't be able to make it next weekend. Hopefully we can all make it to the Midwest Meet v 3.5.
