Hey guys, I'm new here - my intro thread is right here and I thought I'd post some pics of my DD and (currently) only car. There's some info in there about these cars smile.gif

Nothing special compared to some of the fantastic motors I am seeing here but you may as well know what I drive if I'm going to be a member here! laugh.gif

This was my old 2007 Clio Dynamique S:

(can't find the higher res version, the photos folder on my server is a mess :|)

That had a K&N induction induction kit fitted and a 90>120bhp remap done about 2 months before the accident that wrote it off.

This is the new one:

Factory stock at the moment, apart from the stereo.

Moar JDM on the IS. The car's filthy, but I felt like snapping a picture anyway.

Thanks! I would post a picture of the whole front end, but 1. The IS is filthy. 2. The whole front end is accidentally'd. The combination of a deer and a raccoon has obliterated my bumper and passenger side fog light and then, when I decided to paint the insides of the headlights, I found out that the thermostat on my oven is broken. You're supposed to bake the headlights for 7 minutes at 250°... I baked my passenger side headlight for 7 minutes on broil. It's back together...ish. Needless to say, I need a new passenger side headlight now and I might as well replace the driver's side while I'm at it. The car goes to the body shop tomorrow so I'll get full pictures of the front end next week.

Ouch, you seem to get into tussles with animals very frequently. Happy fixings! I'll bet the emblem makes ALL the difference.

Getting rid of that old-man grille is a huge step up. It's just a small touch but with the black headlight housings, the new dark chrome Altezza grille makes the car look just a little bit better. Like I said, filthy. I'll clean it up tomorrow, maybe take another picture. But the pictures are most likely going to stop until I get all the damage fixed and get new headlights.

The car is still filthy, in need of new headlights, and now has mismatched foglights, but this is as clean as I'll have it for a while so here's a picture of the new grille. It's a must for every IS 300. It's far better than that old-man Lexus grille.
