Hello.
My friends whine about that I need spacers on my car, now they convinced me and I want spacers =P
I found these on ebay that are bolt-on that is quite nice.
These are the following sizes available: 15-20-25-30-38 mm
I got a feeling that 30mm will be good, but what do you guys think ??
I can have up to 38mm because the car is not low enough so it will come in the way, but 38 I think will be to much ?
2nd question, will it be best to have spacers on all tires, or will it be okay to have them in front only?
Here is some pictures how it is stock:

rear:

front:

Width of wheels and offset? Yours look about as sunken in as my current wheels and they are 7.5"w, ET45

The rims are only 7.5", the wheels are 215x40-R17.

Still need to know the offset, should be stamped on the inside of the rim somewhere. Also in the OP you asked about whether to do all or just front.. I'd say all wheels for a nice stance. Some people who don't do all wheels, just do the rears as the rear fenders sit a bit wider than the front. Furthermore, the spacers will likely (but not always) be different sizes, meaning front spacers will be smaller than the rear spacers (for example 25mm up front, 30mm in back). Hope I don't sound confusing.

Since yours are 7.5" as well, I'd say it's a pretty good chance that you're sitting with ET45, because they look about as sunken in as mine. My advice would be, unless you absolutely adore those wheels, get a new set with a better offset. Your wheels will need big spacers to make them close to flush and it'll kill your wheel bearings.

If your wheels ARE ET45, you'll need 30mm worth of spacer in the front and 47mm worth of spacer in the rear to make them completely flush with the fenders. A lot of people are not into that, but those numbers give you an idea of what you'd need.

A new set of wheels is not a option.
Do you still recomend 30mm in front, and 47-50mm in rear for ET40 ?

The ideal "flush" offsets for a 7.5"w wheel are +15mm front, -2mm rear. So now you'll need 25mm up front and 42mm rear.

Yes, I'll add. You also have the option of going in between. If you don't care to give up the wheels, settle for something like 20 in front and 25 in back, that should be doable and won't eat your bearings.

20 MM spacers all around, looking nice enough to me:

x2. I was just giving the numbers for complete flushness, 20 or 25 mm spacers all around will still look very very good. Better, in fact, in most cases.
