I'm beginning the swap and I'm not sure what needs to happen as far as wiring goes when I go to install.
So here are my questions: 1: Should I pull both harnesses, and get ahold of someone to wire them together? or 2: Is is possible to simply cut a hole in the firewall to feed the harness from the 3sgte to the ecu (3sgte ecu of course) and would that work with the rest of the car? Like I said, I've searched and haven't been able to find a solid answer. Here's a teaser I took a couple days ago. ![]() ![]() |

its alot easier to cut a hole in the bottom of the fire wall rather then extending every single wire in the harness.
this thread will show you what you have to do to your harness to get it swapped properly your self. http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...3105&st=140 its a VERY detailed thread that will answer just about any question you might have along the way, look through it a couple times it will help. and there are plenty of guys on here who can help as well, myself included. goodluck dude! -------------------- st205 powered ss3 coupe
