I'm really liking this band called Modestep out of the UK right now. They do live dubstep, so instead of sampling or just using computers, they actually sing and play instruments to make their music. They did this awesome cover of Coldplay's Paradise.

Metalcore/screamo. I've been in two screamo bands and I must say that it's an absolute thrill. I do like a lot of other types of music too.

x2. I play the drums (Huge emtal Influence) not in a band but just in the basement for fun, and its the best thing ever.
Helps a lot when I'm pissed off hahahaha.

A variety, ranging from Escape The Fate and Falling In Reverse to August Burns Red and All That Remains (both of those bands have sick drummers). My favorite is probably Bullet For My Valentine.

I used to do the scream vocals in my bands.
