oh no... not this car. Your celi is one of those I imagine when thinking about 6gc.net community. I remember this car for years around and I know how much effort you put into it. This is really not a good beginning of this stupid year

So sad about your loss though. One of the best looking 6gc's on this site. I looked up your how-to idk how many times. and still super jealous of every mod you have on your car. hope no pain comes back to hit you anytime soon. -------------------- *1997 Celica ST - 3SGE Greytop BEAMS *1977 Celica RA29 - Classic Cruiser *2005 Matrix AWD - dedded but still hanging around like a ghost 2019 Rav4 XLE Premium - Sports mode is fun. |

Oh man. I'm really sorry to hear about your accident. And I'm sorry about your Celica as well. Your car was one of my favorites in this community since I joined back in 2005 (under username ExSane). Good luck with the next vehicle you get. I've had many, funny I how reverted back to my 6gc.

You think you miss the 6gc now, just wait until you drive the IS 300 for a month. They just can't come close to matching the Celica when it comes to the feel of the car. Your car took quite a hit. I truly hope no pain sets in later.

Seeing this makes me sick
I do notice our celicas can take some hard hits, and the occupants seem to walk away in pretty good shape. Glad you are alright. -------------------- ◊◊◊ My F/S Thread! ◊◊◊
QUOTE (14:19:21) Daniel: That was a JDM hole in the side of the box too. There was so much JDM trapped inside that box that they couldn't contain it, so they had to put a JDM hole in the box to let the JDM out. QUOTE Ferdi says (11:29) No, it looks like a hooker put her acid vag on your hood. Acid vag = bigger problem than a few dings. |

it was the other guy who's at fault. he drove into my lane and he didn't see me coming. i understand that accidents happen and it turns out that this was one accident that i couldn't get away from (out of the millions that i've avoided, thanks to the ol' celica's handling capabilities ) . if it had happened in the summer, i could've easily dodged it. a lot of people here are terrible drivers so this accident was bound to happen. although i totally jinxed myself and told everyone i'd keep the car as my daily at least until i graduated, after then i'd probably get something newer. and i just got my final grades the day before the accident...
i would like to get another celica but it would have to be absolutely mint and like-new condition, otherwise i want to move on to something newer/better. i get really anal when it comes to the slightest imperfections in the mechanical or cosmetic condition of my car. there's a gt-four that i've had my eye on since 2009 and hasn't sold because of the steep asking price. it's in showroom-like quality with less than 25k miles on the clock, absolutely stock, 3L2, and comes with all the factory options which is rare in a WRC. that would be the only 6gc i would get. and yeah, things could have been worse had i been in a neon or civic. lol. -------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

I'd buy that '4 just because of how perfect it sounds.

I'm sad to see this car go, but I'm glad you're okay.
I remember reading your gt4 front end thread a long time ago and being inspired to do the same with my car. Such a shame X2 on the low mileage gt4 -------------------- |
