I have a 94 celica GT with 5sfe and it just blows warm air its the middle of the winter and I need some hewt I put a new t-stat and its still not hot still a bad t-stat

Have you checked the small black box that is inline with one of the heater lines that enters the firewall? The cable that controls it may be disconnected or loose, that or the box itself could be stuck partially open.

Is the flow direction correct? That was the issue with mine when I got it, someone reversed the flow direction. Also, when you put your climate control unit onto heat does it fully open that unit?

Not sure what you mean by flow direction

The device has a specific flow direction, it should be indicated by an arrow.

Both the control valve and the door cables need to be checked.

The blue cable that runs under the dash was stuck open and wouldn't shut so I unhooked the cable and moved closed and it got hot really quick
