Hey guys, I was just looking at my car today and realized that the front and back toyota symbols are gold. Does this mean anything?

Thanks.

Oddly enough, I've pondered the same thing.

My GT's are silver, the STs are gold. No sense in that..

I believe the gold emblems were a dealer option..

Mine has gold ones, but when i tore apart my interior awhile ago I found the regular silver ones in the spare tire well, along with a razor blade

I know the some upscale late 90's Camry's came with gold emblems. Just like a way to say its a better package than some of the others. I don't know if the same applies to Celicas or not.

Pretty sure it was a higher-end option package (the gold package), not much difference between Celicas other than aesthetics from what I understand.

The Gold Emblems in Toyota cars from Factory means top option and they are consider as special ones or limited editions, this applies to all trim levels of the car, also they expensive than the silver ones.

I also learned that you can tell what cars came from what dealers by their pinstripes! Didn't know that before I met JDCelica.

It's just a trim that the dealer does to say "We sell better cars than that other guy, check out our gold emblems"

You couldn't just say it's an option? You really had to be a duche about it(which you are that way with EVERYTHING)
