I had racelands on my mk4 Jetta...no helper springs and no perches in the rear.
It was tucking tire on all four corners. Yes it was bouncier than OEM, but it wasn't horrible. I DD the car for nearly 20-30k miles with the racelands and never regretted it. They are 40100% coilovers you get what you pay for. Soon for stupid cheap they ain't bad. But there is WAY better.

Thanks for your input. Did you ever try them without removing anything?

Yes. The helper springs in my case made it craptastic.

I believe the suspension setup on 5th and 6th gen celicas are the same. Correct me if I'm wrong. I haven't found information saying otherwise.

EDIT: The springs are the same for 6th and 5th gen w/ Mcpherson. If they're the same that means the length from the strut base to the strut mount is the same.

Two questions remain: Are the struts the same length physically? Are the strut mounts the same?

Yes, I'd go for a set. I'm pessimistic about a company making an application for our cars, but hopefully there's some Celica love in Belgium. kindasad.gif

Getting both positive and negative feedback from various other forums. But the way I see it the price is hard to beat. I see no problem taking part in this buy.

Once again, if everyone could please send Raceland a message (info@racelandus.com) it would be great. Show some interest directly to them, and maybe link them to this page.

Sent an email too. I too would like a coilover upgrade for a 150K+ daily driver that I wish was a toy.

Got a reply ...

Thank you for your e-mail. At the current time we do not have plans for the Celica but I will definitely pass on your request to our development team. If you should have any further questions, please let me know.

Regards,

All we can do is send e-mails. If enough interest is shown, they might do something for us.
