not sure if you know this yet, but the 94-99 gt-four was never brought to the states.

there are a few that have made it here. saw one for sale online a long time ago, jdm, right-hand-drive, titled, dot-approved lights, no idea about the engine, or insurance options.

i think i've seen a few awd converted cars go up for sale on here too.

iirc there may still be that one in cali for sale. no gas tank yet i think, but all the super hard work had been done.

There was a guy selling a full ST205 conversion in Oregon just before Christmas. That one was going for $14K - $16K

At that price I would just buy a newer, more reliable car.

yea i know its so hard to find one! i actually found one here in nebraska but 25k! rhd solid gt-four! i drive a 95 celica st.. and idk how much work am i gonna do if i convert it but as far as what i have read here so far. itll be a pain and lots $$...

I swear...we get a thread like this every year lol. If you don't have money, keep what you have because you need deep pockets to get one on the road. If you get caught driving it and it's not legally registered, good luck. You lose both money and car, which is bad.

i hear ya guys! well thanks but have anyone here ever converted their fwd to an awd? or rwd drive train?
and 1.8 convert to 3sgte? have anyone done it? im wanting to turbo my 7afe but id been reading lots of articles that its not even safe to turbo afe...
