Finally finished my interior, minus the vincent_doggy leathers (seats, armrest and door cards; eventually)
Please ignore the dirtiness, was excited to finish and had to take pics.

I've always liked the luxury style interiors like those of a lexus, bmw, etc. as well as the VIP car culture.
So I attempted to mimick them. By no means is a celica comparable nor am I stating mine is up to those standards.
Also, I understand woodgrain is not everyones taste, but enjoy it smile.gif

Anyway less talk and more pics....

Overall:

The dash pieces, vents and door control panels are wrapped in 3M DiNOC Mahogony Woodgrain Vinyl

Notice the floormats? Wood Floors biggrin.gif
Yes, I added "wood flooring" to my celica!

Driver side:

Pass. side:

You might be asking yourself "hmm, i wonder if he only did the front floors?"
You'd be wrong, it continues..

The rears:

And..... of course the trunk wink.gif

From my point of view:

From the passengers point of view:

Little more of the trunk:

Let me know what you think.

hahahaha trunk looks cool. you might have to swiffer it every now and then though.

I thought about it, but in the "cabin area" the carpets sits pretty flush with the wood so there really isn't much room to add a border. So i ended up using a fat sharpie to finish the edges. the trunk I used a plastic tape to finish the edges. heated with a heat gun and trimmed evenly (or close to it)

LOL yeah I've thinking of get the handheld swiffer duster and converting it to use the swiffer mop/pads laugh.gif

took a bit getting used to.. had just the fronts done about a month before i got around to finishing it all.

yeah, I believe the cloth seats and outdated steering wheel throw it off..
and maybe a 2din touchscreen to further "luxurify" lol

thanks for the feedback thumbsup.gif

IDK about you guys but i kinda like it, it has a very different feel to it very unique on that note man but, you should vinyl the rear ash tray and maybe mock up some maybe armrests on the rear plastics underneath the speakers to give that VIP feel and the center console needs to be re wrapper or something it throws it off and grabs to much attention well anyways man my 2cents sorry if i offended you just my feel on things goodluck with the rest looks pretty good man keep up the good work.

Not to bad
But im not a fan of wood grain but you did a good job

Only thing i really didnt like is the shift nob
Maybe ditch it an get a woodgrain nob or a pure white nob
Then the already mentioned woodgrain wheel. White face gauges
Maybe paint the gauge trim silver?
leather seats an a indash. That should pull it all together

Thanks man. No offense taken, I accept all criticism The center console/armrest is on the to-do list. You have some pretty intriguing ideas- i might follow up on 'em smile.gif

They feel decently firm. Not harsh by any means.. also can't compare fully to stock as all the stock struts were pretty much blown
