By the way .... can all you guys see the pic up there ... it keeps goin on and off for me so I'm wondering if everyone else can see it. If not ... then can someone tell me what to do to fix it?

That is a clean car.

The engine is still an inline 4. It still has 4 cylinders the only big difference is that the head has 2 sparkplugs per cylinder. This was a big thing in the earlier days of turbocharging because ignition systems couldn't cope with the higher cylinder pressures. Having 2 plugs per cylinder doubled the chances that the mixture would light. With todays modern ignition systems this isn't necessary. Top fuel drag cars still run 2 plugs per cylinder, but they're producing over 6000hp.

That is a 2-valve head, so it probably doesn't flow well at all even with any porting thats done. Unless that motor is really stout and hes running a ton of boost, it probably don't make as much power as you'd think. If it does, its doing it really inefficiently. Its a really cool piece of history, but not something I would put in a modern car.

A 3T-GTEU is a hybrid of a 3TC and a 2TG. It came in Celicas around 1983 only in Japan and Australia.

That's what it said on that website.

That's one clean car too. Its awesome.
