Yeah they're not great for boost but its more the high compression, any high powered n/a isn't going to last long with a turbo. But cams and a couple little mods would see 20-30kw gains.

The whining of the reverse gear would cut any enjoyment of that.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe VTEC can only be engaged when traveling over 15 mph. The high redline should be able to achieve that even with a relatively low gear ratio. If it wasn't raining I'd seriously be tempted to try it laugh.gif

Its at certain RPMs that it engages.(depending on the motor and what it was tuned for)

Spring Fling started out pretty muddy, good thing I drove the Subaru.
And in other news, after having the Celica running for a couple of months now, the clutch went out.. FML, lol.

They are XXR513's 15x8+0 with 195/45 Nexans.

Another picture from when I first got it. Only mod at the time was a Trust shift knob and Garage Vary front lip (yes, a real one) You can also see the front fender of my buddy Kevin's MR-S.

sold the Z. needed a more reliable car with a back seat that is useable. Plus 30mpg is a nice change from the Z's 20mpg
2006 Civic Si (fg2)

I was actually about to ask you about this when I saw it on facebook. Houston's a bigass city and 19-22mpg isn't fun. I'm tempted to follow suit and sell the G for an Si coupe in blue but the G's paid off, so *shrug*.
