More or less.
Mandrel is more expensive and in you probably won't see any improvement over crush bend piping. If anything I would have the shop use mandrel bent pieces for the Y pipe and then I wouldn't care on the rest because there aren't any major bends left in the Celica's exhaust. Are you going over or under axle? -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money

They can do under so long as they do their measurements with the car on the ground - where the subframe will be sitting normally. If they put it on a lift the rear subframe will hang lower, which will make the exhaust look bad once it is put back on the ground. My exhaust shop did up an under axle cat-back for the Yelli Celi for around $250 using this method.

Whoohoo my aluminum radiator just showed up so looks like i can put that in an put in the slim line fans too
Anyone see a problem with me mounting the fan on the front side of the rad so i have more room under the hood an should i do a pusher an a puller or both fans as pushers? -------------------- 95 gt coupe, v6 swap weekend toy

that exhaust shop sounds like they are used to dealing with the normal drone drivers... your paying for it right? then they should do what you ask.. plane and simple.. and as for the rad GRATS!!! did you keep the A/C? if so it may be an issue fitting the slim fans.. yes you COULD put the fans infront of the A/C core, but that would not be optimal for providing flow to the Rad-.... best thing to do is place em behind the rad (like OEM) but even still they will not provide a good flow.. the fan shroud allows the fan to pull from a greater area.. so if you place the new slim fans (with the provided through tabs) right on the rad, you acutaly lose cooling efficiency.. and IMO beats the purpose of getting a nice aluminum rad..
just some food for thought.. oh, and only one of the fans is for the fan if for the A/C .. so you could do the rad fan on the back, and the A/C fan infront of the A/C core. -------------------- |

No A/C for me i got window an a gas pedal for cooling down the inside
I was thinking of infront because of how tight the clearance between the fan an the alternator Oh an yea they normally do basic exhaust systems lol im about the only person that goes to them with modded car lol -------------------- 95 gt coupe, v6 swap weekend toy

well, since you do not have A/C.. then yeah.. put them infront.. and with out an A/C core to get in the way you will have plenty of room for the new fans up there. just remember to revers the wires when you hook em up.
