needs some brake work.... can hear the rears. either a sticking rear caliper or the e-brake shoes are rubbing in the drum from being worn out/stuck.... Mine have made that exact noise.

posting videos like that wont help you at all with the sale.
a know a lot of guys that show up at 440, I've been to the hospital to visit some after some of the wrecks, also one of my friends owns a heavily modified eclipse in which he lost his license for 2 years and like 10K in fines at 440. I really hope someone buys the car from you, that car needs a better home, not to mention that racing with a defective braking system is already more adrenaline than I would want.
