In Nazi CA they require two, yet on every single car(including my truck and my fathers truck) I've owned I haven't had a front plate. I got pulled over literally 6 times in my first celica and they never seemed to care. Even if they pull you for it its a $35 fix it ticket..Worth it for the look IMO
