Hi,
TTE doesn't changed the turbo every race, they often run a whole seasion, but your standart CT20 isn't able to hande the excessive temps of up to 1200°C, the system is intentional wrong dimensioned so that people like us doesn't can activate the it the water injection is able to be run, but also wrong dimensioned the pumps doesnt can hande the amount and pressure of water and the nozzle is very small, have a look to the picture currently i'am researching for TTE nozzles, or will work with a very high pressure and the oem one....... the spray bar is working, i connected my one to the headlight spray pump, the problem is you need a very big tank as it need a lot of water but there isn't any feelable benefit, but possible nice to have if you live in a hot country greetz This post has been edited by Sunny: May 29, 2012 - 1:15 PM -------------------- |

Why would you run anti-lag on anything that's not a race car? A lot of the open class rally cars do, but racing is one thing. Street driving with anti-lag is just stupid.

I guess, because if you can afford to run anti-lag doing the grocery shopping (and a constant supply of new turbos), you're probably able to look at a slightly higher pricerange than ST205s.

If you can afford it why not do something crazy? I can afford to run anti-lag on my rx7, I don't because it's stupid and it has no benefit in a street car. Don't get my wrong i'm all about doing crazy things with cars, but anti-lag is just stupid not crazy haha. What your essentially saying is comparable to, yeah I run my st205 at 16:1 AF ratio, probably wont last long, but hey if you can afford it why not do it right? -------------------- -93 Rx7, Turbo 6.1L v8, 725rwhp/760rwtq

Im starting a new project and need a little guidance Don't buy one. Seriously though, I know a lot about rx7's not too much about rotaries. I bought my rx7 with the intention of doing the v8 swap. Only ran the rotary for 240 miles to drive it home. Didn't even get into boost because I was worried about blowing it up before I could sell the engine. Was on it's 3rd engine with 120k miles. What's the project going to be? -------------------- -93 Rx7, Turbo 6.1L v8, 725rwhp/760rwtq
