Just got home from a FR-S test drive, fun car but not sure it's enough power for the money. It definitely drives like a Subaru with the gearbox being a bit rougher then Toyota.... But really it is a Subaru with scion badges. Personally imo I'd rather get a genesis for that kinda money, just too bad Hyundai doesn't hold value as well.

So i know there is a FRS in my town, the Firestorm color.
Im excited, i want to go see it. Im looking at online pics... http://www.robinsonscion.com/ and i even considered the trade of my current car. Soooooo..... i kept looking at the pics, and they can deceive.... IT HAS THE WIENERS PACKAGE!!! Such a sad moment.... I'm very anxious to get my test drive lol. I am anxiously awaiting to pay off my 2012 Corolla so I can possibly consider buying a BRZ/FRS. Honestly, I read (Car and Driver) the Genesis 2.0T isn't that much quicker than the BRZ/FRS. 0-60 5.7 for Genesis, 0-60 6.2 for FRS and 6.4 for the BRZ. 1/4 miles look similiar at 14.2 Genesis and 14.8 FRS/BRZ. We're talking 275HP and 275TQ. I'm sure the Track version of the Genesis would be quicker and better overall but it's in a different league. Plus, the Genesis has had so-so reviews so far. The current stand of Car and Driver has excellent reviews of both cars. --------------------  |

Pure Price means what whatever the price is on the window is the price you're going to pay. It's designed to take the negotiation process out.
I was speaking with a local forum member who works at a Toyota/Scion dealer about this and it's pretty much that straightforward. No discounts, no deals, no second sticker. Went to my local toyota dealership today to check out the FR-S and i have to say its small lol....But i like the setup of the engine bay. Small and enough room to do some things to it....i like it ^_^

well today i was amazed!!! Im not easily amazed....
  test drove the automatic, and i will say, its amazing how it accelerates and handles very well..
