yes the 5S trans bolts right up to the 3S. if you had done your research you will see that they are both S series engines meaning the same bolt pattern. before you do your swap, please read the stickys and do more research

its not necessarily the best choice, its more of an economical option. at least you can still get a 3sgte flywheel w. ARP bolts and 3sgte clutch system just make sure you get hub made for the 5s. I used an ST185 lightened flywheel.

Why is it everytime you ask a question within 3-5 posts your telling someone to ****off
Smaay know what hes talking about an if you DID THE RESEARCH FIRST before asking about what trans works or can i shorten my struts or anything like that you would know the answer. Not saying the first question wasntva good one But if you took the time to read the stickys you would know about the trans since 3s swaps have been covered on this site a few dozen times. But to actually answer your question..... from what ive read alot of guys have had good luck with ebay but you gotta check out the sellers real good first. But im sure the options above are better -------------------- 95 gt coupe, v6 swap weekend toy

Yeah OP that was pretty harsh dude, not tryna bash by any means but u are asking for info and everyone is giving it to u the best way they can. The least u can do is be greatful anyone is even offering to help or that u have a very reliable site like this to go to. So for urself towards the rest of the brothers and sister on here, show a lil more courtesy and appreciation for the info ur being given wether u already have the knowledge or not, some of us on here dont and would like to gain some. CAPEESH!?!?!?
