ST205 Axles have the wrong inner splines for the E153 tranny and don't unbolt like ST185 axles. The side that goes behind the motor is also WAYYYY to short without a transfer case. The outer splines would be fine in your hubs, but that doesn't matter so much...

I'm pretty sure you need the MR2 inners and either the Camry V6 from ~90~94 or ST185 outers.

I'll be looking the part numbers up for team_omega later tonight so I'll go ahead and post them up here too.

EDIT: yup, that's what you need plus a spacer:

Jay, Super, and Burneed both used a section of another axel I belive... celica3sgte had a spacer machined if I'm not mistaken.

Camry V6 and MR2 non-LSD inner axles are the same, other than a possible slight difference where the carrier bearing is on the axle (1/4" to 1/2" depending on year). I was able to use complete '90 auto V6 Camry axles on my E153 tranny. You may still need a spacer since the 6GC might be wider than my Camry...

MR2 inners, and 88 All-Trac outters, no spacer needed. I've done this. it's flawless, plus you can get the All-Trac outters at Advance for $30 with a lifetime warranty. Need I really explain more?
