Can anyone identify the owner of this Celica? I found these pictures on my computer but I completely forgot where or how I found these pictures.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Definitely not AZ plates on it. It's Nevada.

Yeah, I can tell it's a Nevada plate. What is that black thing with holes below the license plate? Sorry, I'm new at this. kindasad.gif

It's a diffuser of sorts. It's pretty much supposed to change the airflow under/behind the car, to make it more stable when driving fast.

The rear bumper at speed acts like a parachute, so by perforating the bumper you allow air to pass through.

A lot of go-slow Honda guys do it around here. Never made sense to me when their car is form over function... WHOA I CAN SCRAPE MY UNDERCARRAGE!!! WOOOOO! Lets put holes in ****, because I can totally go fast like that. frown.gif /rant

Personally, I think it looks like hell unless done correctly, which I haven't seen, accept for on this car. BUT, if you look underneath a Celica... there isn't any room for air to get trapped under our bumpers... so why bother? JDM YO!
