Dropped off Mr. Two at a detail shop to have the wheels torn apart and the lips and hardware polished.

Should get it back on Thursday. I'll post pictures then.

Today, I will be saying goodbye to my Celica. I'm signing over the title in a little more than an hour.

Its very bittersweet selling her.

Replaced my passenger side rear brake set up (Drums,Shoes,Cylinder,Hardware...)! Wanted to do driver side, but due to it being my first time it took longer than I expected. And I know. I know, should have gone to rotors and calipers.lol. Taking care of the other side tomorrow as well as the front pads. =] saved my self $600 for doing this job myself and not at the shop that quoted me $750.

There's a junkyard south of the airport called U-Pull&Pay, they currently have two GT models...could have pulled all of your hardware for a conversion from those.

Today I... Put in a rear sway bar, and broke a bolt doing it. I need to pull the passenger side rear sub assembly so i can get the bolt pressed out.

Update: the guys at the local toyota dealership helped me get that stubborn bolt out and now i am just waiting on another bolt that I ordered to come is.

showed how ghetto & lazy people are now and day...someone smashed my rear quarter driver side window and my alarm went off...grab my nursing bag for school, a teacher saw it happen and didn't even bother calling the cops....the black @#$%& got away on a bike...when I came out from class, the teacher mentions something about a break-in someone's car has been broken into, I checked it out, campus police came and told me that i had to call my city PD because the street i parked at school was city property, even though it was side by side to the damn health building which belong to the school. So i did what anyone would do, gave up...that was directly after waiting for an officer to show, and then I get a call back from the non-emergency that I should go ahead and do the report online....the bag is meaningless, but the window that was damage cost me the most. for the damn window it cost "$200" and up (the price for a new front windshield is cheaper by far)...without taxes of course. I hope he gets the wrong car next time and a car bomb blows him in pieces. Damn i'm piss...just tape the window for now and searching for another replacement window. mad.gif sorry guys..just needed to vent out some more.

Sorry to hear that, partly why I hate big cities. Small town everyone knows everyone, and don't have to worry about that kind of bull****. Of course it has it drawbacks at times, but I'll take increased safety over anonymity any day.

sorry to hear that. same thing happened to me 6 years ago (link). they stole my backpack with my work stuff in there plus some other personal belongings. since then i've always thought about setting up a 4-way hidden interior cam pointing in all directions that records up to the last 24 hrs for events like these and catch the fu**en pricks in red handed.

damn Gerald...they did you bad....i wish they had broke my front shield instead because it is cheaper to replace than the damn rear side window. I hope he uses my needles and syringes to stick himself in the a$$ and get a hemorrhage and bleed to death. anyone has a spare rear side quarter window lying around?

Installed 8" lanzar vx830 3 way speakers in the doors and added a layer of 1/8" closed cell foam to the door. I'm running them off my jvc head unit and they sound good. best part they were only $45 shipped on amazon.
