I have a 1996 Celica ST (7AFE AT200 1.8 T20) but the problem I have is finding an exhaust system in the UK that fits it. I have found a tubular manifold on ebay on a 4-2-1 layout with the O2 sensor flange but my issue is finding a cat back system.

Looking through the forums people say that the ST202 system fits but say that it is about 2-3 inches short.

I have found this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/150777163660?ssP...984.m1436.l2649 but it's for the ST205. I can't find anything else really.

My plans for the exhaust atm are:
tubular 4-2-1 manifold/headers
sports cat back with a 4"-5" tail pipe
swap in/out decat pipe so that I can put it in for MOT and then remove it again after MOT
possibly (depending on noise level and note) remove front silencer and make straight through to muffler(s)

Iam likely to look into doing a 7AFTE conversion in a couple of years time or maybe swap in a 3SGTE lump.

I've also found this system on eBay for an ST202 but I want to know if it will fit before I bid/buy.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261090363414?ssP...9#ht_500wt_1288

I need to change my exhaust system before MOT as I have a few holes in it but don't see the point in standard replacement if I'm going to performance exhaust it.

Many thanks in advance

Rob

st205 exhaust wont fit anything but an st205

the st202 exhaust you posted is actually st182, dont know how that will fit if at all.

if you do find an actuall st202 (or other 6gc except 205) exhaust and it doesnt meet up, just have a short joiner fabbed up

i think the dual exhaust setup is off of another members (KAOS) car.

I wasnt a fan of the design, because most of the exhaust would be directed out of the one side.

ST182...thats Gen5??

The listing lists it as an ST202 and the car underneath looks relatively similar to my AT200. I did email the guy and ask him about the car it has come off of and apparantly its a Gen6. He described the car as a Gen6 Celica with a Quad Lights on the front... the Gen5 had pop up IIRC???

Anyway if it is an ST202 you are saying that at worse it could be 2-3 inches short of marrying up to the cat.

Oh ok , usually I'd recognise the back/underneath a 6gc like the back of my hand , in this case the spare tyre well looks funny

OK. I wasn't doubting you I did have to look twice too. I think it's because of the pipe running past it. Someone else has bought it anyway so I'm going to look into doing something else a bit more custom with my car.
