Has anyone seen, heard, or experienced anything overwhelmingly terrible with any of the parts that I've linked above. Also regarding the McPherson Struts, how well do they perform compared to a more up to date suspension system? Is this still one of the best systems for the Celica? Regarding the turbo, is there a turbo that is consistently more reliable than the CT20B? One that will give the same performance factor but with more reliability, if it exists what is it? Any advice on the parts above would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. Regards, DST_94 This post has been edited by DST94: Nov 28, 2012 - 3:17 AM -------------------- |

there is mcpherson, multi-links and double wishbone. the superstrut is a multi-link type which is more expensive to maintain but better handling suspension over mcpherson any day.
i have full gt4 suspension and gt4 brakes minus the sway bar and end links. Also have got end tie rods... its up for sale if your interested in the near future. come to think of it since your building one. why don't u just buy the one thats for sale in california. Everything already all done no need to put effort into building one when you've already got one built. Well, the Celica I have has some sentimental value and I have my reasons for wanting to do it myself. Where are you at in South County? Im down in Oceanside, maybe I could see about that Brake and Suspension setup after a while. For those brakes do you have all 4 discs and calipers? -------------------- |
