insurance told me if they total my car i get $4,000 and if i want to get a salvaged title and keep it they will give me $3000, think im gonna give up the celica But you could easily part it out and make at least another $2,000 on top of the $3000, and get $5000! |

Neighbors complain? The one advantage to living in Redneck Hell, no one thinks it odd if you have 20+ cars, regardless of condition, in the yard.

Not really something I did.
But was at work today and a customer saw my 6GC calendar hanging on my wall, and asked if I drove a supra too. -------------------- -Protection mode, For when your amp tries to blow its load. 1995 Toyota Celica GTS - Daily Driver 1999 Chevy Cavalier - Winter Beater 1994 Honda Civic CX Hatchback - Dead My Celica! |

I told him "No, a celica" but I still don't htink he realized that the car on the calendar was not a supra.

Today for ****s and giggles I checked KBB to see what the Celica is valued at. Somehow in under a year it dropped $600 in value, negligible amount of miles I've added aside. Dafuq? I hate you KBB.

Possibly, I just don't see how a car from 1995 drops from being a tad over $2,300 to $1,600 in under a year. That would be my luck being as I was thinking about selling it.

Spent an hour scraping enough ice off the Celica to open the doors!! You should get this spray deicer stuff that comes in a yellow can. Works like a charm! Odd you mention it-- I had a can for each car + 1extra in the garage-- but....NNOO... Mine was gone as was the garage extra...The other cars were gone so I used 1/2 a bottle of Prestone Window De-icer for -27*. Some areas were close to 1/4 in. thick-- especially around door handles & body // fender gaps-- go figure!!??!! |
