I have previously seen some pictures of the b16 T3 turbo exhaust manifold on a 7AFE engine. I would like to know If anyone can tell me what modifications I need to make to the flange in order to make this work. ANY input is appreciated. This is the manifold I want to get on ebay at:

its in teh STICKIES wink.gif "7afe maps and ect."

you have to cut the manifold's flange off (the engine side)
and weld on a 7afe flange (runner extension might be needed)
flanges available from jgstools.com/turbo

also you need to reinforce the welds on that manifold as they are know to crack and a brace (if it doesn't come with one) should be welded from flange to flange to aid in support

in the stickies I beleive that that is Nik's manifold which is the 4AGE head for his 7AGTE as for the 7AFE you will have to move the exhaust runners that connect to the JGS flange, you will especially have to move the runners from thew #1 & #4 cylinders

on the post that I had made some one (sreetracing10-12psi I think confused.gif ) put up some close-ups of a finished B16/18 manifold on the 7AFE

BUT basically the 4AGE head lines up but the 7AFE has to be modifeid quite a bit
