Not as excited as i thought id be....but still only 3 days and some odd amount of hours left.

Tina and I will be checking out the area tonight, to finalize a place of meetage (meetage lol) and set a time. Nothing like waiting till the last minute eh?

unfortunatly the black one (3sgte project) will not be ready in time to make it on saturday so the red celi in the middle will make the 230 mile journey to NY

ok heres the deal

Miguel Steff and I went to check out the park tonight. It wasnt great to say the least. The problem is there is a parking lot and then some picnic tables and BBQs across from that, but we won't be that close to the cars. The other thing is there is some stupid $6 parking fee. I mean there is a pool and whatever. I was talking to my aunt just now and she said past the park if you go up this road there is a overlook with picnic tables and a parking lot thats "at the top of bear mountain". Right now i feel like crap because i didnt think the area was going to suck. Idk what you guys want to do, I'm just upset about the whole thing. ideas, imput? I might go back on thursday to check out this other spot but the meet is on Saturday so that doesnt give people much time. I know i should have done this sooner, and I am very sorry guys. Let me know what you want to do.

nice place if ur into nature...not so nice for a celica meet

edit: im going....if there is a meet (just to clarify, lifes been a bitch recently, and im very stressed, so i didnt wanna bring my, "life sucks" attitude to somewhere, that everyone was/is trying to have a good time)


edit v2: idea was tossed about for a different location....not finalized...but crap were cutting it close.

whats wrong with bear mt.? when i went up there last year for the mr2oc/alltrac.net meet, i thought the place was awesome with some nice curvy roads thats fun to drive on. that parking lot at that picture was where everyone was at before we headed to all the planned locations

if interest in this dies, and the meet is a no go, ill be at my house replacing the vaulve cover gasket to my 5s and trying to pin point the source of a clunking noise when im coasting at 15mph or less.

alright, on thursday ill be going to the park to check out a location that we didnt know about prior. its "at the top of the mountain" or something like that....idk, ill bring my camera and take pictures...i know its last minute, but tomorrow i have a math test , so i have to study today, then go to work. Tomrorw after my class ill head out that way.

ill start a new list of people now, but i suggest waiting to see the pictures from thursday b4 you add your name. If u dont care about the "top of the mountain" and u still wanna come, then add your name now.

(plz only add if ur 100% sure, this will determine if the meet is canceled or not, due to lack of interest)

I'm still coming even if i just help miguel with his valve cover I've been looking forward to this and i leave for college on the 26th so i will miss all the august meets.

To me it realllllllly doesn't matter if we have to pay 6$ or if we are close to cars, etc. It will all work out.

Let me know if you guys want me to bring anything with me, other than my celica

if not a lot of people show, we can take a ride to my house and bbq and hang by the pool, i dont care.

There is plenty to do at the park. Its going to be nice out(87 and sunny) and we can go for a ride up the mountain.
FYI: there is a pool bring your bathing suite if you'd like.

I am going to bring charcoal and ligher fluid, hot dogs, burgers and buns for both.

If someone can bring some chips, someone else bring some soda, we're all set.
