update..
June 25th: -Installed the Spearco FMIC and pipes -Wire tucked the left part of the bay -relocated the relay box -Installed the GReddy Type RS BOV i am so tired.. just got home.. worked on it for 13 hours today.... I got crafty and tucked a bit more on the passenger side, it looks so much cleaner! tucking has to be one of my favorite things to do, simple cheap and the results are amazing the ic took forever to get all on, i had to alter the pipes i had a little bit and it ended up taking forever. Also some t-bolts were tight so at one junction i had to use the crappy clamps.. im surprised at how tame the BOV is, i thought it would be louder. Im going to recirculate anyway but i also didn't get on the car to hard since A. i was tired B. the Po-Po were on my road C. I don't trust those worm clamps anywho... install: OUT WITH THE OLD!!! notice where i moved the relay box too You all deserve better pics.. like one of the completed project im just so dead it will have to wait for morning.. jesse. ... you should use thread rod and some angled aluminum from your local hardware store to mount that IC. that way you wont really be able to see any of the mounts with the bumper on and it will be a lot more sturdy.
here is how i used to mount it http://www.celicatech.com/lagos/swap%20pic...%20(Medium).JPG http://www.celicatech.com/lagos/swap%20pic...%20(Medium).JPG http://www.celicatech.com/lagos/swap%20pic...%20(Medium).JPG This post has been edited by lagos: Jun 25, 2007 - 11:55 PM -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

i was looking for long u bolts at the hardware store when i ended up getting what i got, the way i have it installed its on there real good, and i figured its only blocking about the same amount of air as threaded rod
here is a mock up pic to see how it looks with those: EDIT: just looked at your pics, they look a lot better... This post has been edited by jcbass7: Jun 25, 2007 - 11:57 PM |

youll never find a bolt that long... but they sell really long thread rod that you can buy in almost any size. its normally in the hardware isle next to the sheetmetal pieces they sell.
then right next to it ... youll see some angled aluminum. buy that, and a bunch of lock nuts and washers. then cut up the angled aluminum and drill holes in it to make the brackets. This post has been edited by lagos: Jun 25, 2007 - 11:59 PM -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

Looks awesome Jesse GOOD JOB!! Now all you need is some TRD extensions and sideskirts to finish the exterior....or.....get yourself a gt-four front bumper and hood to accomodate the rear spoiler Oh, almost forgot, I received the indiglo gauges and got them installed. Looks great, thanks man.
