As the topic says, Has anybody tried repinning the 6G 3SGE loom to work with the 6G 3SGTE ECU?? Considering that the 3SGTE ECU plug is available?? Also does anybody have the pin outs for the 6G 3SGE 6G 3SGTE |

i have the 3rd gen 3sgte pinout, however, i dont have them for the 3sge.
are you talking about a beams? im not too familiar with the compression ratios ect of the other 3sge's but i dunno how well a beams motor would run on a 3sgte ecu, since the GTE ecu is programmed to run the 9:1 compression motor, and the beams is like 11:1 or somthing. obviously you'd also loose vvti control, which IMO is the shining point of the beams.

Thanks M8, the 3SGE I am after os the european spec 3SGE with 170odd bhp, not the beams. 3rd gen 3SGE. Thanks for the 3rd gen 3SGTE pin out though. |
