Find the place from where he ordered the parts and they should have his information i mean they should keep stuff like that on record.

I have no reason to believe that is not his real address, this guy is pretty dumb.
But my cops don't really care about this, and I live in Canada, if I sue him I will probably have to go down to Florida and it wouldn't be worth it.

I'm still waiting on IC3, starting to give up. Any other suggestions?

I've actually received 3 complete kits from him but the problem now is of the 3 kits 1 kit had a bad ballast and two wrong bulb temps. I sent it back and still waiting for warranty replacement for almost 2 months now. If he sent the last kit with good ballasts and the right temps we would have been squared.

I was able to get in contact with James through texting. He can now has his phone back. I don't know if he is still in the hospital or not though. All those last post in this thread according to him wasn't his. He said he would like to clear it up the matter, but he is locked out of his account. It's up to the mods to give him a second chance or not though. I'm just saying what I know.

i dont believe he will correct it, been waiting for over 2 months, at first there was good communication and then now, there is just silence. I have two of his accounts and no response. he is just saying that to prolong once again.

Patheticadness of the situation is that paypal is a huge scam for those who fall easy prey to people who know how to work it. I have been scammed through paypal twice really really big for a total sum of $3800 ish give or take a couple hundred dollars.

I would advise people to do 3 things when purchasing anything from anyone.
#1 Scout out people before buying like pressure2 said.
#2 Never purchase anything from anyone with 0 rating or from people who have just mysteriously popped up out of nowhere.
#3 When possible use means of payments that can be retracted (ie credit card).
#4 Paypal, Western Union, Money Orders have some of the highest probability of being a perfect pathway to scam the crap out of you and get away with it.

Also.. for those who have texted and or otherwise communicated with this fruit. Do keep in mind that he could be using a fake name, fake email, pay to use phone that is likely untraceable and or provided information could have been wrong. Paypal and similar services are easy to hack and money that you transfered was given to a mule account.

I was scammed twice on paypal. That feeling sucks so I fully sympathize with you. Only in my case paypal went na na na na na. Someone paid for things I was selling, got the package and retracted payment. Paypal did not even think twice about charging my account. They just did it and told me to go suck it. I have not been using paypal since

Its best when using paypal to select good/services and not gift if you want to protect yourself better. I did file a complaint based on paypal's advice through those complaint systems. But I do not know how good legit or if they even work.

so you guys know, James is being sued right now (not by me), his scamming was not limited to automotive but also electronics on other forums and others have lost more than me. He hasn't shown up to the first two court dates and if he skips the third there will be a warrent out for his arrest.

edit: spelling

Doing a google search for 727-226-7339 brings up a result on an f150 forum and in there it lists his website as http://jeckautomotivelighting.co.nr/. And then searching for the website brings up a Myspace Page If you look at the friends list James Williams is there. He is also on FaceBook His wife Elizabeth also has myspace and FB
This Page has a different address on the bottom of the page.
