MEET Section Options

Well just like the topic says. Have a section just for meets. I know that it'll be kind of difficult to have a meet section for every region b/c of the bandwidth and that kind of stuff, but i mean a GENERAL meet section would be good. If the person(s) just email Coomer or one of the other moderators with all the info and just they post it would be good.
Pretty sure this section would BLOW up every summer.

Great Idea, now to start things off:

SPRING MEET

When: First weekend it's warm
Where: My house(actually my driveway)
Time: Whenever you can get here

Daily Activities:

Friday afternoon
How to wash/wax/detail a Celica
(to also include the interior).

I will instruct you in the proper techniques to cleaning and detailing my Celica.If you don't catch on the first time, no big deal, I will have you repeat the class until you get it down properly.

Friday Night
1st Annual Cruise and Booty Hunt

Think back to years gone by, when teenagers and young adults cruised down Main street with hopes of finding that special someone. Well, they still do that here in my town every weekend(bumper to bumper traffic).And most of the young ladies here think the 6th gen Celi is some high priced exotic car since there is only four 6 Gens around(2 that are stock and rarely seen, and 2 that are owned by me, 1 wrecked and 1 just bought recently)and I'm too old to cruise now.

I had so many compliments and offers on my 1st Celi before it got wrecked, many a time I wished I was a teenager again.To be honest with you, take a 6th gen Celi to a town where they very seldom see them, and it's like a aphrodisiac or something.I think I'm gonna name my new car @$$ magnet, because it does alot of that around here.

Late Friday Night/Early Saturday Morning
Bed and Breakfast

Time to settle down from a night out on the town? Than pitch a tent in 1 of the 2 fields located around my house.Bring home your special new friend you found downtown, have her fetch breakfast early in the morning before you wake up.

Saturday Morning to Afternoon
8 Simultanious Instruction Classes

That's right 8 instruction classes offered in one day, "how can this be" you say? And "is there anything that could possible interest me"? Well at Gas65's School of Higher Learning there is.You can take as many of the classes as you want, spend as much time in each of them as you want, it's your choice, I'm not hard to get along with.Here are the choices you have.

Interior Dismantling

This will be a early morning class where you will dismantle the interiors of 2 whole cars(while other schools offer just one car, we went all out and got 2). You will learn how to take apart the whole inside of the car, you will find the pieces that are hard to remove, the ones that cut your hands to shreds, we give you the full treatment.

Engine/Tranny Swapping

This class will start early morning and will probably last all day if not days.You will learn to remove and install a 94 GT engine and 5 speed tranny into a 95 GT that has a auto tranny.You will learn basicly everything that will help you in the future with your engine swap, the drilling of holes for the clutch pedal, and all the parts that have to be switched for proper installation.

Clutch Replacement

This class will hopefully start around noon, but who knows for sure.In this class you will learn to remove/install the tranny from the engine, and replace the clutch disk, the pressure plate, etc.You will learn to inspect everything for signs of damage.

Audio Installations

This class will start around noon and will consist of installing audio components(cd player, amp, subs, eq) securely into the car, and also the running of wires properly.You will be taught how to hide wires and secure them so that they don't fall back down and become an eyesore and a neusance.

Interior Installer

This will be a late afternoon class and will consist of installing everything back into a completely stripped car.You will learn how to put parts back into the car that can't seem to go back in.

Parts Cleaning

For the people who failed, and the ones who could'nt make it to Friday's classes on cleaning, this is a makeup course but with a twist.Since you decided Friday was not important, you will now get to throughly scrub all the interior parts given to you by the Interior Dismantling team, and also any parts given to you by the Engine/Tranny Swapping team.

Gopher

This class is for the beginner in the Auto Industry.Do you not know the difference between a crescent wrench and a boxed end wrench? You will after this class.....gauranteed.You will be laughed, and screamed at until you learn to bring the right tools when requested(and beers too).You will learn the proper safety techniques for handing tools to someone who cannot see them while working underneath a car.But mostly, your main job will be................GOPHER BEERS.

Runner

This class will be for the people who constantly annoy everyone.You know who you are, your the one who is never wrong.You car is always better looking, and faster than everyone elses(in your own opinion).You are the best driver over anyone........................................yet with all this, you still have no friends.

Well, we don't want to stop a tradition, so we are making a special class just for you.You get to make beer runs, food runs, and also pay for it all.Your car is so much faster and better looking than anybody elses, this is the perfect job for you.And for doing all of this for us and palso for paying for it all, we all promise to act like we're your friends(atleast until your back is turned).



Saturday Night
Cruise and Booty Hunt II

Same as Friday night, but you have to actually get a good looking girl this time.


Sunday
Beer Bash at the Beach
(bring your own beer)

Sunday will be a day of relaxing at the state park beach about a 10 minute drive from my house.See hot ladies half dressed laying around with about everything hanging out for you to see.Play volleyball, go fishing, rent a houseboat for the day, go water skiing, or just sit around a gawk at all the ladies, just have fun that is all that matters.
