$23.79 for the front and $43.79 for the rear. Can someone confirm this is the cheapest around before i buy.

I would guess that this is the pair of bushings that slip around your front sway bar(a.k.a. stabilizer bar). They are bolted to the frame of the car by a little metal bracket. 19mm for the ST, 20mm for the GT.
