Have you ever wanted to do something to you Celica but you were affraid becouse you did not want to mess something up? Example would be cutting someone off your body, adding something on your body, T-tops, etc.......
I would love to hear your ideas..... |

I.E i would have F'd up if i would have drilled holes into my car to put my sideskirts on then shaved off some of the sideskirts cuz they were about to rub up on my tires! -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City

Here are My ideas for a coupe celica:
* R32 coupe tail light conversion....I always loved those lights, they're cheap on ebay too. *functionable NSX vents.........it'll look badass and it'll cool down your rear brakes *lamborghini doors......girls love lambo doors (doing it for the ladies) *rear wheel drive......if it was possible and feasible, it'll be sooo badass. Like if you could just take the rear wheel drive suspension off an MR2 and incorporate it into the celi, our cars can then be used for drifting! *custom projectors or clear lens......I am working on molding our lens and making a clear plastic len.....then use these old projectors I have and mold it into the headlight assembly.......wonder if it'll look good and function well? *I'll post more if I can think of any. -------------------- |

whatever i quickly read thru it cuz im at work and didnt fully get it..i think he will live with getting one response that didnt exactly answer what he wanted
and maybe ur the one not too bright cuz you said "you guys are dumb" well i was the only one who had commented so the correct response would have been "you are dumb" This post has been edited by BlackCelicaGT94: May 21, 2004 - 1:18 PM -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City

I like the NSX idea, that might be something I work on.
Lambo doors I like, but cant see spending 1,200.00 + on it. Unless someone has some ideas how to build your own. I was once told that you could build the hinge and use a car strut to make it work. One thing I would like to see is some new style turn signals for the front bumper. Something smaller, I was kind of thinking of building it in to my low beams? As you can see from my profile I removed mine, and dont have any (just waiting to be pulled over, I know) and have installed mirrors with blue LEDs on the out side. These were off my civic, and I cut them down. |

I've been wanting to route my exhaust to come out of the side of the car on both sides. Like the opening would be inbetween the rear wheel well and the door where the side skirts are. I've talked to my mechanic and all about it but I'm still researching if it's even possible.

Anything is possible........Just need a welder, and hope your car does not sit to close to the ground so you dont bottom out your pipes. I thought about doing my pipes out where the licence sits, having 2 pipes 4", comming out of the trunk. But my buddy talked me out of it. |

Yea I always thought it'd be hot to have duals coming out of the rear bumber of the invader kit. Like on the insides of the curved area (i hope you guys know what I mean). I'm also thinking about putting an inside scoop on the hood... I think it would look cool.

flip its illegal have an exhaust coming out the side between the wheel and the door its a total hazard though you do get the pressure out faster.

hard? how about impossible! how about crazy!
GO FOR IT!!!!!! After reading all of these I've decided I'm not settling till I complete my dream. I'm sitting here right now looking at my car being sold to some jackass who would just put it to waste. (Its on ebay and I can't get a loan for money till next month). I've thought about settling for a 94 hatchback but NO GOD DAMNIT! I'm getting my convertible no matter how long it takes! and shid.. I think lambo doors would be easier on our converts :> |

I've been planning on doing like a reverse hood scoop. Which maybe makes it a vent? But like it would go into the hood instead of out of it. I think it would be a relatively easy mod. Just make it out of fiberglass and mold it in.
Yea to me, what makes building a car fun is taking ideas that seem impossible and being creative and making it happen. Somebody should chop their top! Hot rod style! -------------------- |
