anyone know how to get them off? its like scuffs it doesnt seem too deep

Assuming you have painted rims, sandpaper in the following grades:

150 (assuming scuffs are surface) followed by 400

Spray paint in multiple coats

and 1500 between each coat

end with 2000 for high shine.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
