I have a 94 celica GT and i want to put a 3sgte engine in it...but when i read the posts in this forum i see everybody talking about swapping it into a ST. Will the swap be the same with the GT as well???

yes and no..

yes you can swap in to a gt.. just a few thing you want have to do like when you swap into the ST

You've got it better actually. The GT's shift linkage cables and tranny(Though the 5S-FE tranny isn't made to handle the power and doesn't last long in some cases) can be used with the 3S-GTE. Also, your motor mounts should work fine with the 3S-GTE because both engines are S-series. I think that there are some other differences as well, but that's all that I can think of for now. smile.gif

ok thanks a lot everyone. I am in Montgomery NY. Its about an hour north of the city. 40 mins if i speed and theres not that much traffic smile.gif
